Stock for which catches by all fisheries are so low as to be considered negligible, and for which inadequate information exists upon which to base a status classification. Given the low catches (or in some years, no catch), and so the likely low fishing mortality rate, it is expected that there would be low likelihood of this stock becoming overfished, unless and until catches increase substantially.
